The Farmhouse

Welcome to Cascina Vicentini!

Thank you for choosing my home that I joyfully share with you.

The farmhouse has been designed to be as Eco and Bio as possible.

The breakfasts that in the morning you will find on the table are cooked by me as much as possible, thanks to the genuine fruit, jams and honey produced by the bees (and packaged by the Lab) and the eggs of my hens. The other products you find on the table – flour, milk, yogurt, biscuits – are local and in any case not large-scale distribution.

The renovation of the farmhouse took into account energy saving and the use of biological materials: we used plasters based on earth and natural lime, reopened the two existing wells to water the garden, finally technology allowed us to optimize resources, for example with comfortable underfloor heating and a condensing boiler.

The water with which you take a shower is heated thanks to the solar panels placed in the garden; the electricity is produced by the photovoltaic panels on the roof: this, however, does not naturally justify the waste, so I ask you to turn off the lights that are not needed.

But let's talk about the inhabitants of the farm: I do not live alone, here with me live two dogs, seven cats, five chickens, two roosters and fifty thousand bees. They are not allowed to enter your spaces, but sometimes it can happen. Don't hesitate to call me if it bothers you.

This is my world and I hope it will also enchant my guests: here I found my Paradise and I am happy to share it with you!

Included services

You can book the entire apartment or the single room, in the latter case breakfast is included in the reservation.

The use of the Jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of cascina Vicentini guests. The water is disinfected and changed at each arrival, in the heated winter period.
