Cornelia

Cornelia was the name of one of Pemberton’s daughters, who dedicated many of her creations to her many daughters. Cornelia is undoubtedly the most floriferous, with small flowers in large and populated corymbs that, in bud, resemble coral grains suspended between the leaves. When they open, the corollas flatten out, and the salmon-pink color, as it ages, slowly fades: the most beautiful flowering is therefore that of the Fresh or Autumn Springs, when the colors remain intense. As a shrub it is the most compact of moschata hybrids. Also excellent as a climber.
