By booking you have the possibility of adding one (or more) tastings of local wines, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Grignolino, Dolcetto and Ruchè, but also Arneis, Chardonnay and Spumante d’Asti to name the whites. Here in Alfiano Natta and in the surrounding area there are many excellent wineries with many products to taste. Together with the wine I will offer you cheeses and salamis from the farms around me, crudités for the dips from my garden, bread and breadsticks and vegetable pies made in home!
Or you can choose to book the courses held here in Cascina Vicentini, i.e. courses in Saponification, Distillation of essential oils, Beekeeping, Pruning and History of Ancient Roses, Monferrato Cuisine.
They can be booked at the time of booking after choosing the rates and dates, on the second page just select the additional service you want to participate in.
Then send me an email to info@cascinavicentini.it for all the specifications, how many tastings, what type of courses you would like to attend and if you want to give a gift I will send you a pdf to print and give to the desired person!
