Growth slightly more contained than the banksia Alba and Lutea, but always exuberant. With semi-persistent foliage and just with thorns, in late May opens many pink flowers, which are formed in clusters on the branches. Suitable for covering large surfaces, to form romantic pergolas and gazebos, it needs sunny locations and sheltered from cold winds.
