Introduced by Hardy in 1832.
An elegant and sumptuous rose of great effect. Flowers of a pure white and very large. Spring bloom abundant and fragrant. The scent is strong, with a lemon flavor. The light green foliage, the plant is vigorous and is well placed in mixed flower beds.
