The complete apartment consists of three bedrooms with private bathroom on the upper floor, living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, with a private garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for lunches and barbecues.

Equipment of the house
For the rooms as for the apartments, the basic service includes linen (bed, bathroom and kitchen with weekly change), final cleaning and expenses .
For stays longer than 7 days the cost of cleaning and change of sheets is € 50.00.
On request for a fee daily cleaning and extra linen changes . Use of the washing machine on request.
The & nbsp; kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots …), but do not hesitate to ask if you are missing something: we will take care of it for you.
In the shop there are a washing machine and dryer available to guests for € 5.00 per wash.
All bathrooms are equipped with courtesy kit (soap – homemade, shampoo and shower gel) and hairdryer .
The thickness of the old walls of Cascina Vicentini, the breadth of the premises and the natural ventilation are more than enough to fight the summer heat. So it was decided not to install an air conditioning system, which is harmful to the health of guests and the environment. On exceptionally hot days, fans are available free of charge for those who request it.
